Sell · Table Reservations
A diner books in a few taps without making an account. The booking is recorded against a real table on your floor, they get a confirmation that comes from your restaurant and replies to your inbox, and neither of you has to remember it again — the reminder and the cancellation link are already arranged.
A restaurant's booking page is not an appointment calendar. It is a floor, a service, and a diner waiting to hear back.
Lay out your floor — tables, sizes, joins and areas — and a booking is held against a table that can actually seat the party. What is offered is what your room can take that evening.
The email shows your restaurant's name, replies go to your address, and it repeats the party, the date, the time and the moment the booking was made. Delivery runs on LimeOrigin's verified sending domain so it reaches the inbox rather than the spam folder.
Nominate where new bookings should go, and each one arrives there in full — party, time, contact details and any question you asked — instead of a nudge that sends you back to a dashboard.
Switch on a reminder and choose how long before the table it should go. Nothing is sent about a booking that has been cancelled or a party that has already walked in.
Every message carries the same plain link to manage the booking. It holds no secret: the page asks for the email address the booking was made with, so a stranger who guesses a reference gets nowhere.
For a larger table, each guest can be sent their own link to choose their courses ahead of the night, with a deadline you set — and a nudge to anyone who has not, before it passes.
Ask for a deposit or hold a card against a no-show on your own Stripe account, on the sittings where it is worth it. The money is yours; LimeOrigin never sits between you and it.
When a full sitting frees up, the next party on the list is offered the table by email and takes it from the link. If they do not, the offer lapses rather than blocking the table.
A floor view for the night, arrivals as they check in, a pre-service briefing of who is coming and what they asked for, and every booking exportable when you want it elsewhere.
A restaurant paying a commission on every cover
Take the same bookings from your own site under your own name. The diner never leaves your domain, and the guest's details are yours rather than a portal's.
A kitchen that cannot absorb a twelve-top's surprises
Take the group booking, send each guest their own link to choose, and see the whole table's choices before you order the food.
A diner never needs an account, and nothing in a booking email is a credential — the link to change a booking proves you can read the inbox before it shows anything. Deposits are taken on your own Stripe account.
No. A booking is made with a name, an email address and a phone number, and managed from a link. An account is only ever needed for the loyalty scheme, and only if they want one.
